Input-model inference from network traces at ICTSS 2025
Manuel Leithner presented joint work with Dimitris E. Simos at the 37th International Conference on Testing Software and Systems in Limassol, Cyprus.
The paper Reverse Engineering for Input Modeling: Input Parameter Model Inference from Network Traces extends the protocol reverse-engineering tool Netzob so that it automatically infers input parameter models for combinatorial testing and translates generated test sets back into concrete network messages. ICTSS 2025 took place on 17–19 September 2025, co-located with ECSA 2025.
